Kalibre Boru manufactures welded precision steel pipes in accordance with EN 10305-3 standards, with a wide variety of steel grades providing very tight outer diameter and special thickness tolerances. Thanks to advanced production facilities and state-of-the-art welding lines, the best welding quality is achieved in combinations of different outer diameters and wall thicknesses.
The cold drawing process is applied to the pipes in order to provide very precise tolerances, increase the surface quality and gain forming properties in steel pipes.
Kalibre Boru produces both welded and seamless cold-drawn pipes with integrated production machines.
In accordance with customer specifications, cut-to-length pipes are prepared in accordance with customer needs in processes such as internal or external chamfering, deburring, drilling, laser cutting, pressing, bending, and special surface coating. Kalibre Boru performs these operations by applying statistical continuous controls, measurement techniques, error prevention, and various control methods.
With its more than 40 years of knowledge on pipes, Kalibre Boru also successfully manufactures profiles in internationally accepted standards.
